Grüner Veltliner originates in Austria and this wine is made in an Okanagan style. The grapes were hand picked Sept. 24 from 2 vineyards in Oliver, BC. Half fermented in stainless, half in neutral barrel. The crisp, herbal aromas with a white pepper finish could be a refreshing aperitif or be paired with a wide variety of food. Enjoy with family and friends!
